Now I run Golden Bison Search Partners, helping employees and employers connect in the TPA space.

Golden Bison works only in retirement plan administration. I recruit plan administrators, plan document specialists, compliance and testing analysts and distribution specialists, and I talk with every candidate about the work itself.
